Jacqueline is a Board of Director and founding member of NAUCA, a pioneering organization committed to uniting and empowering the Ugandan diaspora across Canada.

With a deep passion for cultural preservation, community development, and cross-generational engagement, Jacqueline has been instrumental in shaping NAUCA’s mission and strategic vision since its inception and humble beginning on Thanksgiving Day of 2024!

Drawing from a strong background in community mobilization and nonprofit leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to fostering connection among Ugandans living abroad.

Under her leadership, NAUCA aims to launch impactful initiatives including cultural festivals, mentorship programs, professional networking forums, and wellness outreach efforts aimed at strengthening community ties.

In addition to her work with NAUCA, Jacqueline actively collaborates with local and international partners to amplify the voices and contributions of the Ugandan diaspora. She believes that unity, shared heritage, and collective action are essential to the advancement and well-being of Ugandans abroad.

Professionally, Jacqueline is a federal public servant working with the Canadian Armed Forces at the Department of National Defence in Ottawa, Ontario.
