Andrew is a Board of Director and Founding Member of NAUCA. He is a seasoned educator, administrator, and global leader with over three decades of experience in education and community service.

With a lifelong dedication to service and leadership, Andrew continues to inspire and drive impact both locally and globally. His portfolio spans teaching, tutoring, school administration, community work, and safety management.

Andrew is deeply committed to community empowerment. His volunteer service includes serving as President of the Buruli Cultural Association Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. He also serves as a Board Director of the Canadian African Maternal Health and Newborn Babies Associations, supporting maternal and child health initiatives within African communities in Canada.

Professionally, Andrew serves as the CEO of Nightingale Holdings Company. He is also actively involved in international leadership through organizations such as Initiatives of Change and NightVision.

Andrew is the Secretary for the Canadian Bagisu Community in Canada and CEO of the Nightingale Mentoring Program Uganda, affiliated with Malmo University in Sweden.

He is currently a second-year Paralegal student and holds an honorary Doctorate in Community Leadership from Muchinga University, Livingstone, Zambia.
